Due to the perishable nature of our premium loose leaf teas and pyramid infusers, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have left our facility. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our guest experience team within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

For items damaged during transit or defective teaware, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging to expedite your claim.

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 2-3 business days to determine eligibility for a refund, replacement, or credit.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will ship your replacement items immediately or issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
